As I understand it (… someone will no doubt correct me if I’m wrong, here …), there is considerable doubt in the air about the quality and conduct of the Duff & Phelps administration of Rangers (IA), imminently to be liquidated.

Is that process not potentially subject to investigation by the relevant professional authority?

That being the case (… if, indeed, it is …), would it not seem sensible to put on hold any major and possibly irrevocable deals they may have set up as part of what may very well turn out to be viewed as a flawed tenure of power at Ibrox?
