As an antidote to all the narcotic bilge we’re being forced to endure while the pygmies of Scottish football administration continue their grovelling attempts to smuggle the would-be successors to the lately-departed “Indecorum FC” into mainstream league membership, we begin a series that spotlights some of Celtic’s glorious history.
Based on the book, “The Glory of the Green”, compiled and written a few years back by the undersigned and featuring some of its illustrative photography, we hope this mini-series will help elevate our thoughts to higher things and focus us on our mutual good fortune as inheritors and trustees of the incomparable Celtic tradition.
